Barcelona was our final stop on this "sprint through Spain" trip. Gaudi, copious amounts of museums, paella, copious amounts of wine, flamenco, the Olympic Park and copious amounts of COVID tests were all on the agenda.Our third and final post about Mallorca features our time spent on the southeast side of the island. The landscape in the east is less mountainous but filled with incredible beaches, towns and caves.With a rented Fiat and the excitement of traveling internationally again, we saw all the sights while in Mallorca. Continuing through the mountain side, we visited Cala Deià, Son Marroig Manor and the town of Valldemossa before a quick half-day trip in Palma.Continuing our trip through Spain, our next stop after Madrid landed us on the island of Mallorca. We split our time between the northern mountains and the eastern coast. First up, the mountains! |
